Everything was perfectly fine. In comparison to other hotels in bigger cities it was just a dream. The area around is nice and quiet and you are close to small shops and restaurants. Free coffee all day!

Staff was friendly responsive, and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and quick. A decent selection was offered. Loved that it was in walking distance to Shaws.

We didn't have the breakfast so cannot comment. The front of house lady at reception was so friendly and welcoming. She did a great job of checking us in, and quickly dealing with an access card issue we were having. She is an asset- you don't often get this any more at hotels! Every customer was dealt with in an unrushed and friendly manner. Bravo to her!

Check in was extremely easy. During breakfast the following morning the cafe attendant Sherry was extremely friendly. When she realized my niece was gluten free she offered my sister gluten free toast. Besides the pool this was a highlight for my niece! To me it was thoughtful and kind. Something our world could use more of!

Breakfast was better than expected. Style of eggs was different each day, and sausage on Sunday. Free coffee and tea all day was appreciated. The kitchen staff were friendly.The desk help were friendly and supplied us with towels and room supplies when we asked, since there was no daily service.

The breakfast was delicious, they had a variety of hot food and breads/pastries. The location was perfect for my work meetings as well as being close to shopping and eating. Easy access from the highway.

Staff was so pleasant, breakfast was very good, always hot and plenty available. Rooms are clean and comfy. Loved that hot coffee and hot water is available in the lobby 24hrs/day. Nice place to call home base while out on day adventures! And supermarket is right next door in case you need something!
